I've always loved Lindybop. However, after checking regarding new stock and being told within the next few weeks they went into administration whilst clearly still trading. I had money on the account too. Disappointed. Other companies had the decency to announce difficulties. I registered as a creditor but I don't hold much hope if getting my birthday money back. 40th ruined.

I believe LindyBop have gone into administration. I returned a dress I bought which was the wrong size, but received no refund. I checked the delivery/tracking and it could be confirmed that it had been received by LindyBop.

I emailed the customer service and got an automated reply saying they had gone into administration.

I queried with with the administrators about my refund and they told me they would not be refunding me.

I have yet to receive my order and have not been provided any tracking number that my order has even been sent though I have paid for it.

Accepted my order, I received goods, returned 2 items (both were different to description) - then had an email from an administrator saying there would be no refunds as Lindy Bop in administration - disgusting way to treat customers - This company knew they were in trouble and instead of being upfront they took my money to pay off creditors. Lindy Bop owners should be ashamed of themselves. I don't have spare cash to pay their debt.

I couldn't have been more happy with this dress. The quality is outstanding and the fit perfect. My 14 year old loves it although she has nowhere to show it off.
